Independent Contractors - Sales Opportunity

Your job would be to prospect and sign up clients for:

• website services
• hosting services (build a residual income!)
• maintenance and/or training services (build a residual income!)

Work full or part time. This job requires heavy prospecting, setting appointments and/or closing the sale. Set your own hours, work around your current schedule. Work from your home and be your own boss. 

As an independent contractor, you are a self-employed business person who operates your own business. As an independent contractor for SurfSmart, Inc. you or your business will provide client sales that are negotiated and agreed upon by you and SurfSmart. 

You can expect the proposed relationship to include the following:

SurfSmart:

• Will provide flyers, brochures and other printed materials as needed.
• Will provide each independent sales contractor with your own web page (Ex: www.surfsmart.net/yourname) and email 
  (Ex: yourname@surfsmart.net) 
• Will pay each contractor weekly for all closed sales each week. (Note: a closed sale is one in which payment has been collected)
• Will provide scripts for prospecting. 
• Will provide sales and technical support for you to help you close more sales.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Manage and organize your own business. This includes keeping your own business records, managing your time, providing and maintaining your own transportation and equipment, such as your computer and phones, etc.
• Be dependable and have a positive attitude. 
• Prospect to companies in a respectable manner using the guidelines set forth on our training site.
• Set up appointments and/or close the sale for our web site services. 
• Follow up with clients after completion of their site and/or services.

Independent Sales Manager

Are you an experienced Sales professional who would like to step out on your own and run your own Sales Team but haven't found the opportunity? This is it! We are currently seeking an experienced, highly aggressive, highly motivated Sales Individuals to manage our team of independent Sales People throughout Florida (see job description above). 

This position is for you if you:

Your Responsibilities: 

• Manage and organize your own business. This includes keeping your own business records, managing your time, providing and maintaining your own transportation and equipment, such as your computer and phones, etc.
• Must be dependable and have a positive attitude. 
• Work with companies and sales people in a respectable manner using the guidelines set forth on our training site.
• manage a sales team to sell our products and services.
• assist your sales people with closing sales (some sales people may prefer to set up appointments only, in which case you would take the appointment and close the sale)
• set up weekly meetings with your sales staff to go over appointments, questions, problems, and to motivate and provide ongoing sales training and help them achieve their individual goals.
• send daily emails and updates to our project manager.
• act as a liaison between your sales people and us, providing feedback in both directions. 
• assist in setting up or improving policies and procedures for our independent sales team. 

This position is a contract position. You will be required to get out in the field the first month or two and learn the Internet and Web Design Sales industry and our products by directly selling to new customers. You will then be eligible for consideration for the management position. You will receive a commission based upon the sales you and your sales people generate. 

We provide outstanding commissions allowing a motivated manager to earn a significant 6 figure income. We provide the product training to you and your sales people. And we will meet with you consistently to find ways to increase our productivity as a team.
